Charles Manson
Charles Milles Manson was born on November 12, 1934 in Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S. His mother was Kathleen Maddox and his step father was William Manson. When Charles was little his mother tried to place him in a foster home but it didn't work because there was no home for him. His mother sent him to a school for boys but Charles escaped and went to his mother who rejected him. That was when he started making all the crimes. He was sent to the juvenile center and then he escaped. He was captured and was sent to Boys Town. He escaped and was caught again when he broke into the grocery store. He was then sent to Washington, D.C.'s National Training School.
In 1971 he was found guilty for seven murders that people don't know if he really committed it. People don't really know if Charles Manson killed anybody. It was his followers that killed some of the people that he was convicted for. He was found guilty for the murder of Sharon Tate and four other people at her home. Then he killed a married couple the next day. His followers murdered other people at other times and places. The effects of following people is that they could be a bad influence and if you do what they are doing you might fall into that kind of category. If you follow someone and if they kill someone, you are going to want to kill someone too. You can be killed trying to kill someone or be placed in jail.
